Blender Add-on: Numpad period key frame all / selected

Adds the ability for the Numpad period "." key to frame selected when an objected is selected, when nothing is selected it will Frame All.

Works in Object and Edit mode.

Why was this made: There were a few requests on RCS and Facebook, the main concern or issue rather was the Numpad . does nothing when no objects are selected, so people thought it was a waste of a good key.

Hopefully, this will remedy and please use at your own discretion.

Please note you will need to remove the blender default keymap for Frame Selected otherwise it will conflict.
